With reference to the earlier announcement dated July 06, 2010 regarding Q1 results on July 20, 2010, Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals Ltd has now informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been rescheduled to be held on July 27, 2010 (instead of July 20, 2010) to consider and approve Unaudited Financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2010 (Q1).
