IOC officials released on bail

Bail for 8 IOC officials
District and Sessions Judge K. S. Bhatnagar on Wednesday granted bail to eight of the nine IndianOil officials arrested and sent to judicial custody earlier this month in connection with the devastating fire at the IOC fuel depot at Sanganer last October in which 11 persons were killed.
Those released on bail are General Manager Mr. Bose, Chief Operations Manager Rajesh Shyal, Terminal Manager K. S. Kanojia, Terminal Senior Manager Arun Kumar Poddar, Terminal Deputy Manager Kapil K. Goyal, Senior Operations Manager Shashank Shekhar, Pipelines Chief Operations Officer S. S. Gupta and Chargeman Kailashnath Agrawal.
